    my son's Xbox is making some wierd noises. It won't let him do anything it turns on but when he clicks sign in it's does nothing. He's held the button for 10 seconds and that's not helped. Anything else I can do?

    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    Also be sure to check if the power button is clean, sometimes dirt/dust can cause weirdness. Use a soft cloth the clean it if needed (outside online, do not open up the console since that will void any warranty (if available) etc.

    You have to make both accounts home xbox. Son A needs to makes son b xbox his home xbox son b needs to make son a xbox his home

    If 'son 1' has a subscription then you must download 'son 1s' account on 'son 2s' xbox. then on 'son 2s' xbox make that 'son 1s' home xbox. more info here: Designate
    a home Xbox

    Now after you do that your son with the subscriptions should be able to play on his xbox while the son without the subscriptions plays on his own xbox. I hope this helped.

    The best way to do it, is make son 1 xbox the home xbox, then whenever son 2 wants to play a game on family xbox, sign in with dad's account, then with sons 2 account, that way son 2 can play and son 1 can play on his xbox as well. More info on the home

    yes, that is correct. your son has to sign in on your girlfriend's son's Xbox and make that his Home Xbox.

    your girlfriend's son could also make your son's Xbox his home so that both are able to share each other's games and subscriptions.
