Son's Xbox lost in fire

Twitter for example, or reddit - try getting the attention of someone important in Microsoft, or someone who has their ear and maybe you'll see some traction. I doubt they really read the forums but they do check their social media.

Microsoft does have a PR department that may be interested in this providing verification of the damage etc. would be a good idea. It may not be likely to happen but you can always ask/check.

you and your family recover from this tragedy as quickly and safely as possible.

I'm very sorry to hear about the fire. Regrettably, Microsoft will not be able to replace the console. If it was covered under house insurance, then the insurance would have paid for a replacement. I hope your family recover as quickly as possible, and
