Son's XBOX account

You have to make both accounts home xbox. Son A needs to makes son b xbox his home xbox son b needs to make son a xbox his home

you will need to set your son #2 account as home on son #1 xbox in order for it to work,

so the steps will be,

sign into son #1 console and cancel subscription, add son #2 account onto the same console, sign in onto son #2 account on son #1 console, go to settings, go into personalization and set it as home, sign out of son #2 account and back into son #1 account.

and that should be all

I have already done this without success.

Xbox 1

= Son 1 Xbox and set to Home Xbox

= My profile is on here as well as Son 1s profile

Xbox 2

= Son 2 Xbox

= My profile is on here as well as Son 2s profile.

Son 1 plays on xbox 1 on his profile and game says you must log in to the account that downloaded the game.

So he logs into my account....Games work

Son 2 plays on xbox 2 on his profile says you must log in to account that downloaded the game.

Log into my account, games work for son 2, but son 1 Now can't play the games

The best way to do it, is make son 1 xbox the home xbox, then whenever son 2 wants to play a game on family xbox, sign in with dad's account, then with sons 2 account, that way son 2 can play and son 1 can play on his xbox as well. More info on the home

There is one more way and that is to call Xbox Support and have them look into it for you. However, be prepared to answer a lot of questions regarding the account for verification purposes. I can give you the lost email account link, but Xbox Support might
be the way to go.
