Son's suspension with no precise reason

So I'm 61 and a disabled veteran. I have serious and rare health issues with PTSD to top it all off. Earlier my son comes in and asks me why he has been banned from Xbox and of course I have no idea. After spending almost 30 minutes searching and poking
and prodding I finally find where it says he has been suspended for one day for........who knows what? Some arbitrary thing he has supposedly done? What kind of garbage is that? If he has done something wrong I want to know what it is. That is why I am signed
up as his parent with control over his account so that I can keep track of what he is doing. Now I have no idea what he has supposedly done so exactly what do I say to him? Don't do....anything.......and just hope it doesn't happen again? I don't know why
I would expect anything less from Microsoft after some of the dealings I have had with them over the years. If you are going to suspend someone for something you should at the very least tell them what it is for. It's just a ration of you know what otherwise
and after all the thousands and thousands of dollars I have spent with MS over the years I think they owe me a little better than that.

No reason suspension

Last night, I got out of a game of Dead By Daylight. The end game, resolved in a salty player who was mad that I left him on hook when in reality it wasn't my fault. I followed his message to explain the issue, and said not to message somebody being a ****
and to ask why nicely, and also not to be a player to tease the killer. He followed with what and said I was reported and told me I wad a noob. The last message I sent said was "Salty af lmao". I never had issues with this before, as most of my messages go
to friends or killers in which I say GG and not to camp as it can lead to a most likely win for survivor. My gamertag is "". I wish for an explanation of my suspension from sending messages for no good reason.
