ive looked at the email and it says i can look at the enforcement history but it says there's no way to get an answer or help:

There will either be a message or email recieved from enforcement regarding this, as stated above you would need to contact enforcement about the case involving your son to see why it has happened.

You'll most likely need to go to the enforcement website and sign in with the child's account and check to see what's happened on there. It should tell you what kind of suspension action was taken. If you have the option to submit a casw review I would...often
times that can result in a suspension being reversed or shortened.

The least I can say to do is just monitor your child from time to time in a manner that doesn't appear as if they know you are watching them so you can see how they truly act when playing online.
