Sons account won’t allow purchases or multiplayer

my 7 year old sons account will not let him purchase anything via the console, all it says is a setting needs changing, every setting has been changed to allow him and support can’t see anything wrong. He has credit on his account, have tried removing him
from family, have made a purchase via website but it won’t show up on console. Multiplayer comes up with another setting needs changing but every setting seems to be correct. No error codes are shown. If he plays via my tag he can access multiplayer and make
purchases. They do not show up on his profile though.

X box gold was working but now has stopped

Xbox live gold was working a day or two ago but now has given up. Won’t allow my son to play fortnite or overwatch.. help please!

I am having similar issue. XBOX requires purchase of Live Gold acct - GOT THAT - still cannot get my son to play multi player,

how do I link my Live gold acct to my sons profile (HE IS ON MY FAMILY LIST) so he can play multiplayer games????

7 year old + xbox + multiplayer

not the greatest idea

family is one of the broken things about xbox, just create a completely different account with a higher age

btw, you don't need gold to play multiplayer
