Sons account suspended

My son's account has been suspended again as he has been targeted by a so called friend at his high school and has yet another enforcement within 24 hours of his last one veing lifted and my son hasn't been on his Xbox since last enforcement was lifted on 8.05.2018.

Can't access case review on line etc it cycles around and says no enforcement for him but there clearly is.

I need a reply back as my son has a medical condition which is being agitated by this situation.

I wanna see the proof please...

my son used my account and my account has been suspended... I wanna see the proof for what my account is suspended to see if my son tell me the truth... Thanks

Can you please provide more information he was not doing any of that was described in the email. It makes no sense.

you will need to sign into your parent account to apply for a case review

However two things should.be noted first if it was an incident that was found during the course of the previous and the suspension was an extension of the previous report then. No it cannot be appealed

Also it doesn't matter who started the fight your son must follow the rules

Block mute.and ignore and report that's all you are allowed to do

A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.As per the ToU they are under no obligation to give you the specifics.
