Son's account achievements erased and account banned

My son's account had about 8,000 points of gamerpoints, and one day had about 40,000 some days later he was not able to play online, send messages, and his gamerpoints were erased. Any way I can fix this?

Then you would need to wait for their response. If you already have and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

40k gamer score in a few days you do realize how suspicious that is right?

It's not possible to.jump 40k in 9days even playing 24hours a day because a lot of Games have time sensitive scores like 8hours playing certain matches or 200 matches etc

And it would have to be.multiple games

It's not possible to play and complete and play enough matches to get all those in a few days in multiple games

Maybe one game but you are talking about maybe 5-10k max and mostly time sensitive or exact kills

 

GGamerscore reset is usually a sign of cheating or account modification

And with that much score increase maybe you should have a serious talk with your son because it's not possible

In a few years maybe a hardcore gamer could get that much but not in a few days

 

AAccount modification and even boosting is a serious violation of the terms of use

Maybe you should explain to you son cheating is a bad thing and yes it ain't possible to do that in a week or. So you are talking about yes even if you tried 24/7 for 9 days you wouldn't be able to do that I barely got 22k and that's in 10 years on live

So yes doing that in a day like you describe isn't possible without modification

 

Does sound like a Gamerscore reset for modding achievements.

If that's the case your son wont get the reset Gamerscore back & wont be able to re earn any reset achievements on that account again.
