    Sonic Unleashed "This disc's region code is incorrect for this console digital" error


    I get "this disc's region code is incorrect for this console digital" when i downloaded and try to play the game.I bought on my computer using my xbox live account which i also use on my xbox360,SONIC UNLEASHED
    from this link.I live in turkey,and my console is pal,plus it says "disc's" region code when actually its digital download.So anyone can help me with this ?

    To check, does the region of your account and Xbox 360 match the region of your physical location? Cross-region accounts aren't supported and may cause region errors such as the one you're referring to.

    PAL / NTSC Game Sonic Unleashed bought and can't play in Europe (PAL)

    did you buy the game as a physical disc, or purchase the digital game thru the xbox store?

    if you have a physical disc, they are usually region locked. Sonic Unleashed specifically comes as a PAL-only compatible disc, or an NTSC/U + NTSC/J disc. i do not believe there is a Region Free copy, or any copy that would work on both PAL and NTSC/U
    consoles. unfortunately you would need a different disc to play on a PAL console if the copy you have is not compatible.

    Do you know from which region the console was purchased originally? Sonic Unleashed is a region locked game. Did you purchase the game from the same region?
