    Downloaded the game SONIC UNLEASHED with SONIC UNLEASHED.

    Error invalid region.

    The console officially purchased in Russia and not patched.

    Incorrect region.

    Hello.

    Yesterday i buy game "Sonic Unleashed" in marketplace.xbox.com (russian version). But game can't start. Says: "Incorrect region". What the problem?

    Sonic Unleashed Region Error- Xbox 360

    Hi,

    1st check your account on Microsoft side > account.microsoft.com ( check billing address and address , all has to match with your current region ) , if not correct it.

    2nd On your Xbox 360, check language and region too , of course, it has to match too with your current region , if not correct it.

    3rd Go to system / storage / highlight the hard drive , press Y , select clear cache memory

    4th Go to system / storage / hard drive / profile / highlight your profile / delete it ( !!!! only profile NOT saves games at the question prompt !!!! )

    5th Press guide button , select download profile, put your email + password

    6th Try your game

    If still not working, call Xbox live helpdesk > Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Which region are you physically located in, and does your account region match that? If you live in a region that differs from your account region, please migrate your Xbox Live account region to the region you're physically located
    in using our Xbox Live Account Migration Tool and let us know how it goes!

    Do you know from which region the console was purchased originally? Sonic Unleashed is a region locked game. Did you purchase the game from the same region?

    Thank you, I want the Sonic Unleashed game on the xbox one, I wanted this game since forever and I'm a big fan of Sonic the hedgehog, and I have the Sonic Forces game. And that's why I Sonic Unleashed to be on the xbox one.
    I want everybody to vote for Sonic Unleashed on the xbox one.
