Hello, my name is Sergio, i wanted to ask one question, im a big Sonic the Headghog fan, and i would like to know if the game Sonic the Headghog also know as Sonic 6 is playable in the Xbox series X, i bought a xbox in 2023, and i have been trying to get my hands on one Sonic 6 in good condition, unfortunately the game isn't available in the xbox store, so i was looking to buy a 360 original DVD, to be able to have all the complete collection. Yesterday i was preparing to buy the game, but some one told me that the game isn't available on xbox series x, i tried to look it up on the internet but some people say yes it works, others say no it doesn't play it, even the DVD version doesn't work , and that im just throwing away money. So i wanted to ask you, is the game Sonic 6 available to play, in DVD? Since there is no digital version that plays in the series x? Or no, the DVD won't play in the console?

Hi,

Sonic 6 was not made backwards compatible. It can not be played on the Xbox Series X, or Xbox One.

Only these 'Sonic' games are playable on the Series X.
