The links doesn't work and getting in contact with the xbox support team seems impossible. Getting redirected to a million different places. I guess the service in Sweden ain't of the same standard as the one given in US. It's mind boggling that a small
thing like this becomes so hard to do. I will keep the game, because I am tired of this and doesn't care any longer. And to be honest, it ain't that much money. But it's strange that a broken game like this is even allowed to be sold at the digital xbox store.
People buying this game, thinking it's fully working, only to find out it doesn't work at all. Lying to the customers like this, is it even allowed? A buggy and unfinished game with an online mode that is broken in every single way should be erased from the
digital store, otherwise it's fraud.

Hello Legendgenesis and thanks for the fast answer. I really appreciate it. I have tried reinstalling it and it still doesn't work. I have made a console reset many times before, the closest one two days from today. Don't think a new one would help. Thanks
for the link to the refund page. The refund button within that link leads to a page that says; the site has been moved or doesn't exist anymore. I am from Sweden, does that affect how the refund works and do I have to do it in some other way?

Have you tried reinstalling the game or doing a console reset? If you have and it's still not working, you can request a refund by going here:
