Sonic CD Game Save not syncing

I'm having issues where, despite my game save from the 360 being in the cloud, and despite the One saying it's synced, none of my game saves from the 360 are showing up except for my achievements. So my achievements are there, but none of my actual
saved game progress is there, and none of the features requiring game completion are unlocked despite having a game saved where I completed the game.

SONIC CD OUT TOMMOROW 400PTS GET IN!!

I really liked Sonic CD, but it was probably the easiest of the old school Sonic games.

Try clearing the s system cache then resync the game don't clear your cloud data though.

Hey there, I'm able to use the feature with no problems, I also own all of the Sonic Games from Sonic 1,2 and 3 and CD. What happens when you try re-download them?

Are you seeing the problem when you try to sync your save data with the cloud? Have you tried to uninstall all of the games including Sonic and Knuckles and then re-downloaded them all again?
