Sonic and Knuckles on Xbox Series S

So I wanted to buy sonic and Knuckles on the Xbox Series S store and I couldn’t. So I went to we store to buy the game but I realized it would be a purchase for the 360 and it wouldn’t go to my Xbox One/Series S so I was wondering how I could get the game

unfortunately this game is not available for sale at the moment, it has been removed, and the xbox 360 version is not backward compatible.

I was trying to buy it in the store not too long ago with Sonic 3 and it told me “Oops something went wrong.” But I check my bank account and was charged 7 times with no games. Care to explain and refund my charges Microsoft?!

You should be able to get the game from the Xbox 360 marketplace here https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-GB/Product/Sonic-Knuckles/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d802584109c4 once the purchase is complete, the game will show up to download in your Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S library.
