Son was suspended unfairly

My son was banned again nit for one or even 7 days but for the max of 2 wks or more. The problem is I can't get a legit reason as to what he did that was so bad to get that long of a suspension. We did a case review but answered a few questions wrong so
we have to wait another 24 hrs. I think that the parents should know what their child did to get suspended bc without knowing how do I know how to punish him. Why couldn't he get the 1 day or 7 day suspension? He got the longest one. I called customer support
but they will no help. Isn't there a way that I as his parent sign a contract stating he will not do whatever he did to get suspended again. He would like to get as much time playing live as he can before he starts school soon. Is there anyway to get suspension
lifted?

They have suspended my son unfairly.

The suspension is very fast, but the revision is very very slow.

The length of a suspension is determined by how severe the offence is as well as whether is not the first offence.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to the account telling you the reason or you can check on the enforcement site

Filing for a case review is the only way to appeal a suspension.The questions are there to make sure you are familiar with the ToU/CoC.
