Sorry to jump on your question but my sons xbox one has almost packed in iv got him a new one for christmas how do I transfer his info from the old one to the new one toe old xbox stays on for about 2 to 3 mins I'm not that good with the new consoles I'm
a old original xbox person before the 360 came out and iv not been on a console for best part of 14 years may be little longer so please a simple way and no technical words please thank you guys as much help would be great full

If he has your account that should not be an issue. Just sign in and the games will be there

you can only be signed in on one Xbox at a time, so if your son is using your account at his mother's you won't be able to sign in on your account on your Xbox.

there are 2 options;

1; your son starts his own account and you set his Xbox as your Home Xbox.

2; your son continues to use your account and sets your Xbox as Home for that account and you start a new account.

I would go with the cloud synch as there will be all games and save games possible to download from the store and the cloud if you trust you kid enough to give him your D

Details or you set up the console to auto sign in and give him the console to his moms house.

Sure you could give him his own subscription to that console but there won't be any save games on it and every digital game has to purchase again for the this new account.

Hi there the best way is to cloud sync or has I have done is setup family subscription which that could be an option aswell.
