Bonjour, voici mon problème :

lorsque que je branche un casque beats avec le câble micro a ma manette Xbox One, mes amis ne m'entendent pas lorsque je parle. J'entends mes amis, les sons, tout.. mais eux ne m'entendent pas, mon câble micro marche correctement car je m'en sert pour les
appels. Ma manette est a jour.

Que faire ?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues with headset. We recommend first trying a different headset. Some third party headsets/mic do not work well with the console as they are not compatible. You can also try the

troubleshoot wizard for audio issues.

Je sais qu'un collègue devait légèrement débrancher le câble du casque de sa manette pour faire fonctionner le micro.

Sur la prise jack il y a 3 cercle, et un correspond au micro. Peut-être qu' l'intérieur de ta manette il n'est pas détecté.

Je viens d'essayer sur une télévision directement brancher en HDMI , et j'ai pu constater que le problème etait toujours présent , des micro coupures avec le casque brancher a la manette.

Je joue sur call of dutty et des que un de mes amis cris dans son micro ma vue (mon personnage dans le jeu) bouge tout seule ou des fois tirs sans que je touche a rien.(j'ai changer de manette et de casque rien n'a changer)

En associant la manette c mieux mais maintenant on m entend de loin et il faut que je crie dans mon micro
