Son managed to purchase game we already own

Hi

My son just managed to buy Minecraft story mode adventure pass by mistake as we already own the disc. Is there any chance of a refund or is that it?

Xbox gold subscription added to wrong account

Hi, I recently purchased a 12 month gold subscription for my sons birthday. However I have managed to activate it on my own account by accident. Is there anyway possible that I can swap the subscription onto my sons account without having to purchase another
subscription? Any help would be gratefully appreciated

You can - myself and my Son do it all the time when we play using our own accounts.

We are just both signed in at the dash board I launch the game it grabs both our profiles off the HDD, I sign into Multiplayer (Splitscreen) My Son just add his controller (press A) and he's in - we start searching for a game.
