Xbox enforcement seems unconstitutional. They just changed someones gamertag for being a fan of a law firm, last name, or a culture. Before people get all uptight about the word, it's actually defined as a term of endearment to a hip hop culture. Also, there
are people all over the world with the last name wigger.... So, the question is is it constitutional to ban someone's gamer name for freely expressing what they like? This in my opinion is wrong, and against our 1st amendment right. I can completely understand
if it was a racist term, but it isnt, nor is it offensive, which is the cited reason for the rename. So now you rename him after a horse, so calling him a horse isn't offensive? What if he has bucked teeth? The enforcement team might as well ban, all terms
with dumbvlonde, retard, horse, cow, redneck, cowboy, rainbow, fat, or anything that seems offensive. Also, th e questionnaire is unwarranted, and a very unaproacavle way to communicate. I've spent 10s of thousands for this? Not sure I will be renewing my
subscription. Might be time to switch back to sony.

My step son who is only 6 changed his name to Alejo Boucher which is his real name i want to get this changed for security reasons how can i do so?

So, what did he do wrong then? Also, it is unconstitutional to deprive sone one of their legal rights. Everyone has to abide by those rules. He did zero wrong. There are 20000 people in terms u.s with the last name wigger registered with ancestry.com. So,
I guess having a last name is offensive. There are some people that will find this very very interesting. He violated nothing.

You don't seem to understand that you accepted the Code of Conduct. You don't seem to under stand that the term or surname wigger is not offensive. And please don't tell me don't understand what I accepted, now you're questioning my intellegence. If you
and the microsoft team is offended by the use of wigger, than your e clearly against any person with that surname or anyone who appreciatse afro American culture. Which on its face is a form of racism and bias. Again if you can explain what is offensive about
the word or define any of the terms listed and how it related to the word I'll leave it alone. I guarantee you can't and wont.

To add to what the rest of the people have posted the First amendment and for that matter ALL of the Bill of Rights where to protect the people from the government not a private company who has set up rules that you have agreed to abide by lets look at the
amendment in question:

Right there at the beginning says "CONGRESS shall make no law" again it says nothing about a private company making rules on their private servers.
