Son changed gamertag can't play my dics

my son changed our gamertag this morning and now find when i put my disc for (lego star wars, skylanders and cars 3 driven to win) i get told i get a message saying i have to insert a disc or get them from microsoft store and an error message of 0x803f8001

I don't have xbox live by the way

have restarted the xboxone (taken plug out and left it)

Hello! My son wants his gamertag changed due to being bullied but I can't afford it!

My son is constantly bullied for his gamertag and he doesn't even want to play anymore but I can't pay to have it changed, I was told about a rewards program and that could help me with my issue. Someone help!

 

Console does not read the disc

After I've updated the console, it doesn't read the game dics but it works fine with DVD video dics. Even the game dics I used to play can't be read as well. All the procedures has been done but it just don't want to read. Please help!!

 

Changing your gamertag would have no effect on whether you can play disc copies of games.

That error code only applies to digital versions of games:

Error 0x803F8001 occurs when a game won't work on Xbox One

You see the following error code when you try to play a game on your Xbox One S or original Xbox One console:

This may mean one of the following:

• The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren't signed in and connected to Xbox Live.
  
• The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console.
  
• The game disc is not in the console.

To resolve this issue, use the appropriate resolution below.

Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status

If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:

Solution 2: The game was downloaded by another family member

If the game is licensed to another family member, do one of the following:

• Have the family member who purchased the game sign in to the Xbox One console.

  How to designate an Xbox One console as your home Xbox.
  

Solution 3: The game is disc-based

Insert the game disc into your Xbox One console.

 

We are also receiving this error with Forza Horizon 3 disc after changing our gamertag. Any help would be much appreciated!
