    We have an Xbox gamepass, and are set up for parental controls through a parent account online. We do not have an Xbox, they play games on their PCs.

    When trying to play Levelhead my son gets the error "the current users privacy settings for user generated content do not allow access to rumpus".

    I have checked the privacy settings on his account (through a browser), and "You can see and upload community creations" is set to "everyone".

    I can see from previous threads that people have had similar issues with other games and have only been able to resolve them by accessing settings on their Xbox. Any idea how I can resolve this without an Xbox?

    "You cannot see content other people make because of how your account is set up.  This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on xbox.com"

    I have all of the settings on allow, the issue is that Forza Horizon 5 continues giving the message "Access to user-generated content is restricted by your profile privacy settings." I am currently trying to uninstall then reinstall the game.
