son bought an xbox voucher which went to the wrong microsoft account

You will be able to see it via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments, you can use it in purchasing games or use it in buying a game for your son through gifting.

There will be no option to get a refund since this is a code that was redeemed.

We are having the exact same problem. I bought a voucher for my son, redeemed it. I can see on his account I bought it. He hasn’t spent it. Yet his balance is zero?

So we went to game and spent sons birthday voucher to get the vbucks he picked up yhe £50 vbucks card which said £7500 vbucks on it so we cane home and put the code into the store which came up a £50 microsoft gift card but on the reciept from the shop
it says fornite 7500 vbucks

My son has bought and xbox live gold digital code on Amazon. He redeemed the code onto the wrong account by accident. I was wondering if theres any way you can move the voucher from one account onto another without paying for another one? Thanks.

Youd have to check with customer service to see if there is anything they can do but generally speaking nothing is transferable between accounts.
