Son bought a game and it isn’t being refunded.

My 8 year old son had bought the game Gang beasts without my or my fiancé’s permission. He said that he had bought it on accident however, I do not believe him. A few days ago. I walked into the living room and saw him playing Gang beasts. He was spectating
someone getting thrown into a fire while laughing with his friends. I had immediately kicked him off and seen a new game in My games & apps that I had not purchased. He had bought the game without our permission (I wasn’t emailed about a new order) and he
was playing for around a week and a half. So, I had searched it up and found it was a 10+ game and it was $20! Once, I saw the price tag I had immediately requested a refund on Accidental puchase. It was denied. It had said ,” We can’t provide a refund
to this request. Our refund policy does not allow refunds for digital game products that have been played or consumed. Thanks for understanding.

So, I had an online chat with one of the microsoft online chat agents and he allowed me to send a another refund request this time ,”child had purchased the game without my permission.” A day later I had recieved an email from Microsoft saying the same old
computer sounding response. Now, I am getting pretty pissed off because of this. I hadn’t recieved an email about the purchase (account is under my email) and my son hasn’t told me about the purchase he made. Now I am just trying to get my $20 back and call
it a day. However, it seems if your son had played a game he bought without his parents permission it is not allowed to be refunded. Is there anyway that I can get my $20 back or am I just stuck with **** Gang beasts now?
