    Son banned.


    My son has had his xbox account banned yet again. He is an intelligent young boy and as is treat for working hard at school he is allowed to spend his spare time on his xbox. i was at work today when i received a phone call from my extremely upset son...all
    his xmas gifts are revelolved around his xbox and that is around £400 and he is now really annoyed he wont even eat his favourite food, also he saves up lots of money to buy xbox credit and all that, it completely ruined his christmas. I dont know what else
    to say but that and it is permanent.

    His name on xbox is [Mod Removed], this is his second account that he give to his friend but he let me use it.

    You will need to post here
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     to find out why he was banned. Regardless of how good your son is - he is responsible for his account at all times. Lending his account to anyone is again the TOU.

    Enforcement does not read this forum.

    Unfortunately this is not something we can help you with on the forums. Your best bet, if you have not already done so, would be to reach out to customer service at 1-800-4-my-xbox and see if they can help you out. Also you'll want to be sure no one has
    or had access to your son's password or security information. Best of luck with your problem.

    A reason that may include several factors was given......The email you recieved provided the information for causes.... A talk with your son may provide more information about the details... Unfortunatly, by the time a Perma Ban is issued, actions can't
    be reversed. If you ask again in the (WHY my account was Banned) section, a copy of the email with a highlited reason maybe offered. That may narrow down the reason to a specific cause. I wish you both GOOD LUCK!!!!
