    Hello,

    I'm not sure if this is a known issue or if there is a thread that explains this but...

    I have a collection of like 15 games that I have downloaded on to my PC from the Xbox game pass PC application and sometimes when I launch the app only 5 games show up in my installed list. I have downloaded games to two of my drives. Could this be the reason why this happens?

    If so why? it doesn't happen on any other game launcher and wondered if this would ever get fixed.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply. Although my PC isn't on 21H2 yet, the issue has been present before November 2021. Plus I'm unable to upgrade to the newest update either as I'm guessing my PC isn't ready for it yet (as the option doesn't appear after I click "check for updates").

    Maybe when I'm able to update to 21H2 the issue will be gone forever but I guess we will have to wait until then. Thanks anyways. It's just annoying when I launch the Xbox game pass app and to only see a few of my games that I have installed and not my full library.

    Hello again, thanks for the feeback and really the new update can come out in do not overload the servers, I for example already managed on one of my computers but on another no.

    So on your PC you need to make sure the
    game pass ultimate account is signed into the
    Microsoft store app, You might want to try installing the
    xbox(beta) app     on windows as well and try downloading from there.

    Not all of the game pass games between Xbox and PC are the same, the xbox(beta) app will show you all the available and installed windows game pass games

    on windows 11 syetem i installed a game that i already had on the windows 10 system to see what would happen, and it then showed up in the xbox app on windows 11. so im guessing i just had to select the same folder all the games were in and click install again and they would show up without the need to download them again
