somethings wrong with syncing my game. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.

Okay so I got on ARK and I got a message saying that there is a problem with my saved games, and that I need to delete my local saved game data? Well I did this and the problem hasn't gone away, I still get the same message every time I enter the game world.
I already tried an alternative option, and that was too go to manage adn delete all the saves from there but that didn't work either. So please someone help me before I destroy my Xbox.

Black ops 3

so one day I wanted to play some black ops 3, and I put the disc in and my Xbox said syncing data and then it said something went wrong. The error code is 0x838601e7. Can anyone please help me?

Did you try hard resetting your Xbox, or holding down both triggers and pressing y?

Non of my friends are having this problem tho but I can still play on my 360 I don't get it

Something else you can try is power cycling your console, which can be done by holding the console power button for 10 seconds or until it turns off. Then boot it back up. If that doesn't work go to Settings, System, and Update Console and verify if you
are currently up to date. Let us know your results.

What region is your account set to? If you're account is set to a different region than the one you live in, you can see error messages like that.
