Somethings wrong with microsoft

so I bought the Xbox one with 500gb of memory. I only bought 6 games and like 3 map packs. I'm already out of memory. Really how can the be 500gb is alot. I called Microsoft and I wanted to know why and all they said is I needed to buy another hard drive.
So let me get this straight 500gb can only hold 6 games and then you want me to buy another hard drive that will only let me have probably 6-7 more games. NOOO I remember on the Xbox 360 a single 60gb hard drive let me have over 50 games with all the Dlc I
wanted. now I have been with Xbox since the original Xbox came out I've spent over thousands of dollars for gaming. Now let's talk about the headsets. I have bought 3 normal headsets over a course couple of months they all broke. Now the last headset I bought
only lasted a little over a month before the mouth peace started to not work. Are you kidding me Microsoft can't even make a simple peace of equipment that works for longer than a month or two. So with me being tired of buying headsets I called support to
set of they can send me another one since i did but so many of them. They said they were unable to help me with that. With all these being said I'm gonna take my business to Sony. For anyone that's reading this to see if they should but the Xbox. I'm telling
you not to Microsoft is the biggest money **** there is. So just go out and buy a PlayStation because Sony is cheaper and they probably are more helpful.

Hi, if the profile is not showing in settings/system/storage/Profiles then try clearing the system cache three times one after the other, power the console off and back on and download the profile again.

If the profile is showing in the Profiles section of your storage device then delete the profile, be sure to delete profile only when asked and then try the cache clearing process as stated above.
