Something with code 80151901

Hi it says my IP address error and can't obtain it from modem or router, I tried unplugging router or modem for 30sec and pluging in then the same with xbox and both at same time too, I don't know what's up please help, I'm not good with this weird technology

Could you post up the make and model of your router and your modem as well (if this is not a single device).

Also state whether you connect wired, or wireless with your console.

If you connect wireless then tell us if you're using the black, or white external wireless network adapter, or the built-in (Xbox 360 S/E).

If you connect with an Ethernet cable, try use a different cable, if the one you currently uses has become faulty. Also, try connect to a different LAN port on your router.

Post back and let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.

 

Ok sorry but a bit of that is confusing, I am not sure about the router or modem but the internet is working for my computer ipad and phone for the rest of my house, I have a black xbox with the built in wireless, we have 2 wifi networks and I tried both
and rebooted both but it still didn't work
