Something Went Wrong

I cant seem to download anything on my account. I cant even download free apps. I keep getting this error. I made another account to test if downloading would work and it work perfectly. Is there a reason my account ive had for 7 years is not letting me
do anything on the xbox one.

trying to redeem my 3 months and it is not working.

I tried to log in to my dow 2 game today but I needed to enter my password. I then enter in the password many times but it did not work. I was think to myself WTH was going on. Then I logged in to my live account but it needed to be verified to my gmail
account... so I didn't remember my gmail account password. I decided to use my hotmail account. When I went to change it I didn't change @live to @hotmail.com. Now I have lost game Xbox live gaming account...

WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK?

I'm starting to hate all the hoops I have to go through. I'm thinking about leaving live for good...

I have had a look at the error code you have provided, but can not find any additional information in regards to the error. I am still trying to find out more information about this error. I am going to give you some solutions you could try. This may, or
may not work.

Method 1 - Restarting your Xbox One console





Please could you try restarting your Xbox One console by following these steps below:

1. Press your guide button once, to go to your home screen.
2. Press and hold your guide button, until a pop up window appears asking you if you would like to turn your Xbox Off or restart it.
   
3. Please select the option to restart your console.

Once your Xbox One has fully restarted, please try again at downloading your content from Xbox Live. You can also try and download a free app again to see if your able to download it.

Method 2 - Checking your Internet connection

I am thinking that this sort of error may be something with your internet connection. Could you try powering off your router for 30 seconds, and try turning it on again. You can also try and test your internet connection by following these steps here:

1. Navigate back to your home screen.
2. scroll left to your snap windows.
3. Navigate to your settings icon.
4. Click onto more settings.
5. Navigate down to your network settings.
6. Then select test network connection to Xbox Live.

This test will test your connection to Xbox Live, to see if your connection is good enough, and if it isn't it will give you additional information on how to improve it, or fix any connection problems you may have.
