    I tried logginng into Minecraft through my phone because it mysteriously logged me out of it after not playing for a couple of weeks. I’ve had this happen once before but not to the extent where I couldn’t login no matter what I tried. It says that I couldn’t
    login dur to something being wrong with my account.

    Then, I tried to login through a brower both on my laptop and phone. That ended up working. I tried changing the password many times and, again, it always ends up saying that there’s a problem whenever I try logging in through the Xbox Live app and Minecraft.
    If there’s a solution to recovering my account, please let me know.

    Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.
