    Something went wrong


    My sons xbox one s just keeps reverting to the troubleshoot screen. We have followed the guidelines on updating the system offline by downloading it onto a usb stick, this made us able to click on the offline system update but then it says on the screen
    preparing console for about 1 second then goes to something went wrong screen and the same code at the bottom of the screen system error: E101 0000050380070003 is displayed. Please can anyone help? Thank you

    Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.

    help me with the problem that i am having with the Xbox store many of there games are cheaper at the stores in your state than the Xbox store so don't buy from the xbox store you will save money get the games cheaper at many stores indoor area
