Been getting this error when trying to buy or redeem codes for xbox one for the last week. I was able to claim the games for gold for xbox 360 games but not for xbox one games, and can't redeem codes either for xbox one. Tried on PC and console. Every time
Its failed I've checked and the status page says all services are normal.

I tried to log in to my dow 2 game today but I needed to enter my password. I then enter in the password many times but it did not work. I was think to myself WTH was going on. Then I logged in to my live account but it needed to be verified to my gmail
account... so I didn't remember my gmail account password. I decided to use my hotmail account. When I went to change it I didn't change @live to @hotmail.com. Now I have lost game Xbox live gaming account...

WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK?

I'm starting to hate all the hoops I have to go through. I'm thinking about leaving live for good...

i was on the phone with xbox support for over an hour last night for the same thing. I had to reset the xbox as in starting as new to get it to work. I could get the games on the app but not the console.

Anyone else ever got the message (something went wrong try again later) and later is like hours and days and still not working i recently bought a code from Walmart just curious if im by my lonely with this problem already called x box got a case number
and this happen twice like they aint want me on gold and im new to the system so i shouldn't have a bad history, like this is my first switch to x box like they sense the play station in me. all support did last time was help me refund after the 3 day process
not dissen just saying i still need you'll now i got another 3 days wait to see if they can even do anything.

Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.

help me with the problem that i am having with the Xbox store many of there games are cheaper at the stores in your state than the Xbox store so don't buy from the xbox store you will save money get the games cheaper at many stores indoor area
