trying to redeem my 3 months and it is not working.

Something went wrong

I tried to log in to my dow 2 game today but I needed to enter my password. I then enter in the password many times but it did not work. I was think to myself WTH was going on. Then I logged in to my live account but it needed to be verified to my gmail
account... so I didn't remember my gmail account password. I decided to use my hotmail account. When I went to change it I didn't change @live to @hotmail.com. Now I have lost game Xbox live gaming account...

WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK?

I'm starting to hate all the hoops I have to go through. I'm thinking about leaving live for good...

Those codes suggest a billing issue that phone support must help with. It's possible that your account could be locked for some reason.

You should give them a call to get this sorted out. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

need help trying to find out why i am over charge on my taxes the items that i purchase for my xbox1 when i buy it in xbox store no one can help me I guess the is why they all sales are final i would like a summary of item that i buy from the xbox store
why are they *** me in the *** i would for them to use grease it won't hurt as much

Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.
