"Something went wrong"

I've tried a support a few times, but I can't make any purchases in the store.

I've tried the Walking Dead and Killer instinct both off my Xbox One + The website and every time it just errors and tells me something went wrong.

"Something Went Wrong"

Everytime I try to redeem my xbox one gold live prepaid card it says "Something Went Wrong"!!!!! Please Help!!!1

I purchased the game yesterday and I'm getting the same code 800706f4. The code does register and I just want to know when is the problem going to be fixed?

I forgot to add, I've tried a clean reboot/power down and removing and readding my account.

Update:

Contacted support a few more times, still nothing.

Have ruled out any funny business with the bank.

Tried to purchase ODST, with funds from my Microsoft point balance and encountered the same problems.

No matter what i do I keep getting the same message , I'm unable to buy or redeem any code , my gold will be over soon and i have no idea how to renew it after all of this ,, please someone help us

Update : I'm able to redeem some codes now , but still get the message every time trying to redeem fallout 3 code and gow 3 for example

I am having the same issue trying to redeem a 3 month live card been trying for 2 days now and it keeps popping up something went wrong try again later and if it happens again contact support well I have contacted support and have gotten no reply yet

Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.

help me with the problem that i am having with the Xbox store many of there games are cheaper at the stores in your state than the Xbox store so don't buy from the xbox store you will save money get the games cheaper at many stores indoor area
