I got a code for fifa 15 and when i redeem the code it works but whenever i click on confirm, it says something went wrong. I also found out that fifa 15 is not even available to buy on xbox from the xbox store but what should i do about my problem and how
can i solve it

Something went wrong

I tried to log in to my dow 2 game today but I needed to enter my password. I then enter in the password many times but it did not work. I was think to myself WTH was going on. Then I logged in to my live account but it needed to be verified to my gmail
account... so I didn't remember my gmail account password. I decided to use my hotmail account. When I went to change it I didn't change @live to @hotmail.com. Now I have lost game Xbox live gaming account...

WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK?

I'm starting to hate all the hoops I have to go through. I'm thinking about leaving live for good...

The FIFA 15 holiday bundle is available to purchase and download from the store. Where did you get the code from and what specifically does it say the code is for? Please do not put the code on the forums.

I got the code from mmoga and the code is just for fifa 15 it says, so could the problem be that the normal fifa 15 is not available,only the holiday bundle,and i have to Waite for the normal fifa 15 to go back on the market before i can redeem my code

I'm pretty sure that codes are available for the game and it doesn't matter of the item is available for sale on the marketplace or not, just if it's available in your country. This brings me to another question. Seeing as how the website is good for all
of Europe are you sure the code is for the country that you live in?

Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for. Some items cannot be downloaded if they were meant for a different country than you. This is because they get IP blocked. You may need to contact the website to get more information
on that.

Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.
