I pre-ordered 2k15 downloaded it and tried to play at 12:01 this morning and it's not loading up every time i select the game it goes full screen then throws me to the home screen I have tried to download it at least 5 times what the issues wit it cuz I
have downloaded games before with no issues the games not working but u Microsoft sure did that the mobey and im left with a game that won't work

Everytime I try to redeem my xbox one gold live prepaid card it says "Something Went Wrong"!!!!! Please Help!!!1

What region are you in?

It's not yet released in every region so if you're in the UK or Europe, for example, that would explain why it was not working.

That said, two days have passed so maybe it resolved itself during that time? Let us know!

Had the same problem today and it's really annoyed me as it has taken a couple of days to download and now I can't play, the error code doesn't register with my code either

Have you guys tried a cold reboot? Hold the power button on the front of the console for ~10 seconds. Then turn it back on and try again.

Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.

help me with the problem that i am having with the Xbox store many of there games are cheaper at the stores in your state than the Xbox store so don't buy from the xbox store you will save money get the games cheaper at many stores indoor area
