    Hi, I just tried to load my black ops 2 but it did not work, it said "Something went wrong" "Please give It another try. If this happens again by entering 0x800705aa at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. You may find help for your task on Xbox. From
    Home, press the menu button on your controller then choose help.

    I have searched the error code on the website but it said it could not be found and I have tried wiping the disc and restarting my Xbox One.

    Please help Something went wrong with black ops 2 :)

    Once you hit rank 55, you still have to max out 55 before prestiging. Did you do that?

    I maxed out 55, but it still wont let me Prestige.. Im gonna try cleaning my cache.

    Did you go into the "Prestige" section of the menu and choose to prestige? It doesnt do it for you automatically.

    It says current level XP 1245000 AND Next level XP 1245000 THAT DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE.. When i should be Prestiged.
