hello,

I am trying to install fallout 76 on windows 11

I have had it installed but it always said something went wrong.

I would cancel the install and then goto the store to download again and the option to play would be available

I have since uninstalled fallout 76

now every time I goto the store to download it, I get something that says there is an error, I cancel the install and go to the store and it keeps saying there is an error

I have deleted everything fallout 76 related off my computer

I have uninstalled xbox on windows 11

I have reset xbox on windows 11

I still have the error

Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.
