something went wrong when adding a child

I have a new Xbox series s and I cannot play a 18+ game because i have a child account so we added a adult account but every time I want to add a child account to a family (when I am logged in under my father's account) (so
we can lift the restriction) it says: oops something went wrong try again and I have tried many times and it is still is the same problem.

Ps: the alternative way "send message" also does not work because this result in an unlisted error

meanwhile I found the solution by adding a child trough the PC interface

Nope I tried again tonight, It's still the same. Still waiting for an email back off Game.

Funny though, the 12 month code said there was an error / something went wrong but it still added the 12 months when i checked my account. The £5 code i've tried a few times ~ ''Something Went Wrong'' but it hasn't added the £5 credit !!!

Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.
