Something went wrong screen.

My xbox one is constantly showing the something went wrong screen, and giving the same options no matter what. The troubleshoot menu tells me to factory reset, and I have, but it still shows the “something went wrong screen. Is there a way to fix this? It seems like I’ve tried everything, and I’m not sure how to do a offline system update, so any help would be appreciated.

There should be an error code showing from there, can I have it, please? This will determine what other steps we need to perform.

Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.

help me with the problem that i am having with the Xbox store many of there games are cheaper at the stores in your state than the Xbox store so don't buy from the xbox store you will save money get the games cheaper at many stores indoor area
