Sorry you're having issues signing into your account. I would suggest first doing a hard reset on your console. To do this with your Xbox on, hold the power button down for about 8 seconds until it turns off. After it's off turn it back on and see if you
can sign in. If you still cannot sign in try removing your account by following this link. After it's removed add it back to see if you can login.

If those do not work I'd suggest posting in the Update Preview Forums. Also moving forward if you have any issues, post them over there. The folks in the preview area normally can shed more light on issues related to the preview dashboard.

Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.

help me with the problem that i am having with the Xbox store many of there games are cheaper at the stores in your state than the Xbox store so don't buy from the xbox store you will save money get the games cheaper at many stores indoor area
