    I recently decided to buy cod ww2, i put my credit card info in and clicked buy and it says "something went wrong on our part, try again later." Please help me.

    My son and I have attempted for several months renew his xbox live gold account by entering a the code from a new subscription card. Every time, the console returns a message that , "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again later." It's been two
    moths - what is wrong on Microsoft's end and do they give a damn to fix it?

    Has that account ever had GOLD on it before. You may find that many new subscription codes are only valid if you have never had a subscription or redeemed a previous code in the past.

    Sounds like he has an ongoing subscription which is currently interrupted for non payment. Please contact support so they can help check the account and your code ....and hopefully fix it as well. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us
