    My Xbox-Live code for 12 months doesn't work. The Xbox says: 'Something went wrong on our part. It may help if you wait a while.' I've tried three days, but it doesn't work. What can I do?

    "Something went wrong in our systems" " wait for a while" Thats the message im getting everytime.

    Those 2 games are region locked. Does your account region match your physical location? What region are you in?
