Something went wrong message

• Which console are you using?
• How are you connected to the internet? Wifi or Ethernet?
• Have you tested your network first to check if your console is connected to the internet?
• Have you tried restarting your console?

If you can confirm these first, we can have a better understanding of what is going on.

Please provide more information about the issue. That is not much to go on.

You can try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and
restart the console.

It may help us to troubleshoot if you give us a little more information. If it’s a game or app that is not working try and close it and wait a minute or two before re opening the game/app. If you still get this message i would try a Power Cycle on your Xbox
One, if that’s what you’re using. Just hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds, then unplug the power cable for another 10 seconds. Once done plug in and power on. Hope this helps! Please let us know if not or you have any more questions. We are

Excact same thing dude, i updated store and now this keeps coming up.
