Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

Xbox Live is down in " Purchase and Content Usage on Xbox One" so you need to wait to be fixed and try again later.

Affected services: Browsing the Xbox Games Store,Downloading items that you have already purchased.

Latest update: We are seeing indications that we are on the path to recovery with the issue causing problems finding previously-purchased content or purchasing new content and we expect to be back up and running shortly.

Thanks for your response. I haven't tried to leave the club. When on the console, my 'like' will appear briefly but then it changes back with no error code appearing. The comments just don't appear at all. When on the computer or phone apps, the error
message I get is "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
