"Something went wrong" Message - Code 0x87e50007

Reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.
In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>
Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

If the problem still persists, reinstall the game preferably on your console's internal memory.

Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the ''reserved space'', clean your console's MAC, restart when prompted, and try again. Also, make sure you have all packs installed in manage game and add-ons.

To clean the MAC follow this path
Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

Just tried the power cycle but still crashes.

Clicked on game come up with the red loading screen then after a few seconds the light on my console flashes and puts me back on the Home Screen with a pop up saying:

Something went wrong

• Which console are you using?
• How are you connected to the internet? Wifi or Ethernet?
• Have you tested your network first to check if your console is connected to the internet?
• Have you tried restarting your console?

If you can confirm these first, we can have a better understanding of what is going on.
