I am unable to confirm my childs account. I keep seeing the error message "Something went wrong, it's us not you". I have attempted to confirm my childs account on multiple devices, also using wifi and mobile data, but with no luck.

Error message is shown when the system asks me, the parent, to login to confirm the account. I enter ny details, the system thinks for a bit, then the error message appears.

Are you able to try entering the code on the console? Press the Guide button on the controller then scroll left and choose Redeem Code. If you get an 8 digit error code post it here.

help me with the problem that i am having with the Xbox store many of there games are cheaper at the stores in your state than the Xbox store so don't buy from the xbox store you will save money get the games cheaper at many stores indoor area
