ive just had this problem and I tired entering it again but all now it says code has already been redeemed,but it hasn't?

 

xbox emailed me 'successfully activated Prepaid 3M Xbox LIVE Gold on Tuesday, December 13, 2016' but i cant play.... when i want to redeem again i got that error... what do i do?????

Same here. 3 month subscription too. And the errorhelp page doesn't help at all.

 

yup, did it to me on a 3 month card as well. this sucks. Update Error: 0x80070002 0x00000000 0x00000401. Someone help!

 

Getting the same thing on my 12 month card, can't even play anything. Thanks microsoft. Called support, they couldn't do anything, expect put me on a text alert, that would text me when the problem was resolved. Got the text and tried within the same min
and it still doesn't work. What is going on

 

You have to remove your account from your xbox then you have "power cycle" your xbox by holding the power button for ten seconds. After that you turn it back on and add your account again and it should work.
