Everytime i try entering the Xbox live 6 month gold membership i get this message. Whether i enter it from my computer or directly from my Xbox One.

Hi I am having the exactly same problem trying to enter a DLC code for Metal Gear Solid V game I got for Christmas and it keeps on saying the same thing.......best thing you can do is contact Xbox Support Chat just and speak to a advisor who will help you
with this issue
