"Something Went Wrong" Every time Console boots up(Xbox One X)

So this all started out one day when I wanted to play some Monster Hunter, boot up the console at the homescreen, and for some reason wouldn't connect to xbox live, so I try to and it just got stuck in a loop, and then gave me an error, the homepage also
froze up so I decided to hard reset the console due to it having problems like this before. After booting it back up I get a System Error, first time is E106, so after trying a factory reset "Preparing Console" and right as it hits about 7% I get a "Something
went wrong" so I try to do an offline update afterwards to get that same "Something went wrong" So I figured since being in the Insider Program, I read where had to leave the program from either a friend's xbox or Windows 10, so using the latter I get my xbox
off the program, and it still hasn't solved my problem, so I'm stumped and out of warranty for my Scorpio.

Did you tried to do an offline reset/install to your Xbox One X?

I've tried already and I keep getting that "something went wrong" when I try the offline update, then again maybe it could be my USB flash drive, oddly enough it reads as a disk drive instead of being removable device, if that makes a difference I'll try
another flash drive.

I had the same problem today and I was able to fix it.

Formate a USB-Stick with min. of 8GB to NTFS.
Download this OSU1 file and extract it to the USB-Stick(the Folder should have the name $Systemupdate) http://www.xbox.com/xboxone/osu1
Put in your USB-Stick to your Xbox
Press the ejection button and the connection button for the controller and start your console. Still press these two Buttons for like 10-15sec. until you see the Troubleshoot page.
Choose the "offline System update" with the USB-Stick you prepared before
Now you have to install the update and log in into your account again

If its still not working you have to replace the HDD (there are many videos on YouTube how to replace it, takes a while but is quiet easy) and do these steps again

My xbox did the same at first wouldn't load home menu so I held xbox button to reset and now it won't boot up. Xbox light on console stays on and light on control turns on and off. My TV says no cable connected. Currently on hold with xbox support. This
sucks.
